How to deregister your Telkom online profile
Deregister your online profile will delete your online profile, but not remove your Telkom account. You can always create a new online profile to access your account(s)

Sign in

Sign into your Telkom profile using your email address and password.

Settings

Select the gear icon in the top right of your device to navigate to Settings.

Deregister Profile

Select “Deregister Profile” in order to start the deregistration process.

Confirmation

Select “Yes, I’m sure” confirm that you are about to deregister your profile and that your login information will be deleted from our system.


Please note: You will only be able to access accounts via USSD. You will not be able to access your accounts through the portal or the website anymore.

OTP

Enter the OTP (One Time Pin) that was sent to your device and select “Authorise” to verify that you are the person deregistering the profile.
