How do I choose from Telkom Smart Package 1; 2 or 3?
Each Package consists of different type and quantity of smart devices, the Telkom customer must identify which bundle suits his/her specific needs.
What will I need to setup my Smart devices?
- a. Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Smart devices will not work on 5GHz
- b. Download the TelkomSmart App
- c. Have your Wi-Fi network name and password on hand
How do I monitor and control my Smart devices purchased from Telkom?
- a. The TelkomSmart app can be downloaded for free from Google play (Android) and the Apple store (IOS).
- b. Alternatively scan the QR code below from your mobile device or Tablet. QR Code will take you to the link that will allow you to download the TelkomSmart App.
Are Telkom Smart Packages 1; 2 and 3 available for Outright Purchase?
