In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Polelo Lazarus Zim has been re-appointed as Chairman with immediate effect. His term of office will end the earlier of 31 August 2013 or at the Company's Annual General Meeting of 2013.
