The ordinary dividend has been calculated with reference to Telkom’s current financial performance, current and future debt and cash flow levels. Our intention is to grow our dividend on an annual basis taking into account financial performance, capital and operating expenditure requirements, the group’s debt levels and available growth opportunities.
