In accordance with sections 2.2 and 2.6A of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are hereby advised that the company will be rotating the role of The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited as JSE Sponsor, with effect from 30 June 2019.
The company has appointed Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division of Nedbank Limited, as JSE Sponsor, with effect from 1 July 2019.
