Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 09 November 2015 in which Telkom advised shareholders that it is in discussions regarding a potential transaction to acquire all of the shares of Cell C (Pty) Ltd ("Cell C").
Shareholders are now advised that Telkom and Oger Telecoms have mutually agreed to terminate these discussions. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in Telkom's securities.
