Shareholders of Telkom are advised that Mr Deon Fredericks has been appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Telkom, effective 12 September 2014.
Mr Fredericks was appointed as acting Chief Financial Officer of Telkom on 24 October 2013, following the suspension of Mr Jacques Schindehütte.
