In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Ms Jacky Huntley and Ms Julia Hope have informed the Board of Directors of Telkom ("the Board") of their retirement as directors at the end of the company's annual general meeting on 24 October 2012
