Terms and conditions of transactions with related parties
The sales to and purchases from related parties of telecommunication services are made at arms length prices. Except as indicated above, outstanding balances at the end of September 2010 are unsecured, interest free and settlement occurs in cash. There have been no guarantees provided or received for related party receivables or payables.
