Telkom's application for leave to appeal part of the judgement by the Supreme Court of Appeal in November 2006 in relation to the Telcordia litigation has been dismissed by the Constitutional Court.
Telkom and Telcordia will now proceed to arbitration to determine the quantum of compensation. It is anticipated that the arbitration will commence in September 2007.
