Description: WiMAX is Telkom's (512 Kbps) Fixed Wireless Broadband access service to the Internet

To order WiMAX, the process to follow is:

1. Check if your equipment meets the Minimum Requirement.

• View Minimum Requirement.

2. Check if you are within the WiMAX footprint.

• WiMax Coverage Maps

3. Once you have established that you fall within the WiMAX footprint, you should order your WiMAX Access service via one of these channels:

• Call Telkom 10217 Call Centre
  Phone Telkom's 10217 Call Centre and order your WiMAX Access service telephonically.
