Order
Order the MAC units by following four easy steps:
1. View your MAC online using our Online Flash Application:

2. Complete the MAC Bundle Residential Details Order form.

OR
Complete the MAC Bundle Business Details Order form.
3. Please ensure that you have a copy of the following documentation:
Residential Customers
- An original or certified copy of your most recent payslip.
- If you are self employed, please submit 3 months active bank statements to prove surplus cash flow and the bank account must be in your name.
- Please provide proof of ID, either your SA Identification document or SA Passport.
Business Customers
- Please provide proof of ID, either your SA Identification document or SA Passport
- Please provide of power of attorney for registered companies
- Letter on company letter head, giving permission to apply
- Provide cancelled cheque for account verification.
4. Visit one of our Telkom Direct Shops to finalise the order.
