Product specific Terms and Conditions

• CellSaver is a discount plan and does not replace my/our existing Telkom agreement for voice services.
• Telkom shall make reasonable endeavours to meet the implementation date as requested by the Customer. However, Telkom shall not be responsible for any consequences of delay or liable for any damages, costs or expenses whatsoever, which the Customer may incur or suffer if the requested implementation date is not met.
• Discounts will be granted from the actual implementation date and will be reflected on accounts that are rendered after that date.
• This discount plan will not be backdated.
• Telkom reserves the right to change the thresholds and discounts at any given point in time and to discontinue or replace CellSaver as a discount plan with 30 days written notice.
• I/We might not receive the full discount benefit during the first billing cycle. If CellSaver is activated in the middle of a billing cycle we still have to reach the minimum threshold before a discount will be passed.
• I/We may not subscribe to any other Telkom call discount or call price plan together with CellSaver plan unless specifically stated in future discount offerings.
• CellSaver is only applicable on fixed to mobile calls that are made from a Telkom service which forms part of the account number as stipulated in this request.
• Telkom will not be liable for any costs which I/we may incur to programme PBXs should this be required.
• Calls will be billed at normal fixed to cellular call charges after which a discount will be applied provided that the required thresholds are met. Detailed billing records will reflect normal fixed to cellular call charges. The discount will be shown on the summary page of your invoice.
• I/We understand that the CellSaver discount plan will endure from date of implementation until terminated either by me/us or Telkom. Telkom will give me/us 30 days written notice of such termination.
• An agreement in respect of the service concerned will come into being upon the date on which this request form, submitted by me/us, is accepted and approved by Telkom.
