Telkom's Mail Manager allows you to integrate voice and fax into your e-mail and access your messages from anywhere in the world.

Mail Manager Plus

Mail Manager Plus will assist you in managing both your voice and fax messages from your existing telephone. You can have all your messages sent to your e-mail inbox. You can therefore use your existing telephone number for fax to e-mail and voice to e-mail, with any ISP of your choice. You don't even need a fax machine! With Mail Manager Plus you can view all your fax messages and listen to your voice messages on your PC even if you're nowhere near your telephone or a fax machine.

Electronic messages are much easier to handle, share and archive plus you don't need to worry about paper, ink and additional line rentals. The mailbox messaging feature delivers pre-recorded voice messages on your behalf - you decide to whom and when. You can also access your mailbox online to personalize your settings and messaging options using the Profile Manager feature.

If you don't have access to e-mail then you may subscribe to the Mail Manager option, which still allows you to benefit from Telkom's virtual fax and mailbox messaging facilities. You can then receive faxes sent to your existing telephone number - you don't need a fax machine! You may forward the fax to any fax machine of your choice, at your own convenience, for printing.
