- Congestion Management - provides the customer with the ability to optimise Internet bandwidth usage per link, during periods of congestion, by prioritising traffic types by protocol. The traffic categories available are: Web traffic, file transfer, email and the remaining falls in a general or default category. The default category can not be less than 25% of total allocation.
