In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms. Ayanda Ceba has been appointed as Group Company Secretary of Telkom with effect from 01 December 2018 following the resignation of Ms Ephy Motlhamme with effect from 30 November 2018.
Ms. Ceba has extensive experience in the roles of compliance, governance and company secretary. She holds a B Proc, (University of Durban-Westville, 1998), LLB (University of Durban-Westville, 2000) and is currently studying towards LLM in Corporate Law (University of Witwatersrand). She is a qualified Chartered Company Secretary.
