NOTES FOR DELIVERY OF MESSAGES RECEIVED FROM AN INMARSAT MOBILE

An Inmarsat mobile station may forward a message to the coast stations for onward delivery.  These messages
must be treated as data and not counted per word.  Please note the mobile station is already paying Inmarsat
charges.  The charges are made up of a surcharge equivalent of one coast station Telex-over-radio charge
plus a handling fee.
