Getting started

There are three convenient ways to receive your bill:

Email

You will receive your invoice via an email (address of your choice) on a monthly basis in a .pdf format.

Please note: This service is only available to Residential customers.

Paper

You will receive your printed bill via the standard SA Post office services to your PO Box or residential address.

Online Billing

It is part of your customer self service option where you will be able to log in on our website and view your bill online. A monthly notification mail will be sent to notify you that your bill has been uploaded on the Electronic Bill Presentment platform.

Note: You have the option to receive either a paper or an email bill (not both), with an added benefit of the self service online bill option.
