What is the difference between a Telkom Internet AllAccess plan and a do bundle?

A Telkom Internet AllAccess plan is your ISP account, to access the internet you will also need an access medium such as an ADSL line. A do bundle is a complete internet access package which includes your Telkom Internet ISP account (AllAccess) and an ADSL line subscription, these bundles are offered at a discounted rate compared to purchasing the ISP account and ADSL line separately.

How do I reset my Telkom Internet account password?

If you know the password and would like to change your current password to a password which is user specified, follow the instructions below; otherwise contact 10210 to reset your password

Double Left click on your Browser

In the address bar type www.do.co.za
Select the Password Tool

In the Username field type in your complete Username

In the Password field type in your existing ADSL Password

Select Submit

  1. Select the Change tickbox to indicate what Password you would like to change
  2. Enter the New Password
  3. Confirm the New Password
  4. Select Submit
A screen similar to the one below will be displayed indicating that the password has been changed successfully

What is a monthly data usage limit?

Your monthly data usage limit (cap) is the amount of free data included in your internet plan, once you have used that data, you will have to select one of the following:

  • continuing using the internet at no extra cost but at a reduced speed.
  • Use top-up using your credit card or using post-paid billing up to a predefined data limit which will be billed through your next monthly Telkom internet bill for the amount you exceed.

What is Post-paid billing?

Post-paid billing is a service that you can select to use once your current data cap is depleted

You will not be able to set the new cap yourself since it is pre-configured on your product but you will only be billed for the data consumed after being capped

What are the prices for Post-paid billing?

The Post-paid billing is free and you only pay for the data you use over and above your bundle data cap.

What are the benefits of Post-paid billing?

  • No more problems of being capped
  • No more data being wasted by unused topped up bandwidth
  • Get billed per Megabyte
  • No more the need to purchase data on your credit card

How do I get billed for data outside my bundle when using Post-paid billing?

You willed be automatically billed on you telephone account

What is the price model for data used on Post-paid billing?

You get billed for what you use, based on the below price model

How do I apply / register for Post-paid billing?

To register for the service, simply go to ADSL usage tracker website on  https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ and login with you Telkom Internet username and password

Then click on Post-paid billing on the menu on the left.

Click "Register" and click "Yes" to confirm

You will be prompted for your Cell number, once filled in click "Submit"

Thereafter, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative to activate your service

How do I cancel my Telkom Internet AllAccess account?

For Telkom Internet Dial-up Services and ADSL cancellation contact 10210, for any other Internet-related service cancellation contact 10210.
