You can use addresses such as "ebaybids@yourdomain.co.za" or "onlineshopping@yourdomain.co.za" to maintain a little privacy when subscribing to online newsletters or services.
This technique will help to keep spam away from your "real" e-mail address. Also e-mail programs, such as Microsoft Outlook and Mail for Mac OS X, can be configured with "Rules" to automatically flag certain emails and file them into your "Junk" folder.
