Teltrace Office and/or Teltrace OfficePro are available in different configurations, thus allowing you to easily upgrade to a higher capacity system that suits your evolving business needs.
Teltrace OfficePro can manage the head office and branch offices of your organisation from a central point via RS232, PSTN, LAN or WAN.
The comprehensive range of available business reports on telephone usage will assist you to control your telephone usage.

DISA
The Direct Inward System Access (DISA) facility can reduce the workload on your operators by allowing frequent callers, who know the extension numbers they wish to contact, to dial these extensions directly.
When calls are made to an analogue exchange line programmed for DISA, the PBX will answer the call automatically and inform the external caller by means of a user recorded message that the required extension may be dialed directly.
By using a MF tone telephone, the required extension can then be dialed directly. If no response is received from the called party, the call will automatically be routed to the operator.
It also allows callers to access extensions after hours when there are no operators available.
People who are working late can still be reached at their normal extension numbers, something normally not possible without the DISA facility.
ACD/UCD call routing
This facility offers sophisticated call routing facilities to support your business for e.g. Call Center applications.
Calls can be evenly distributed amongst employees or groups of employees to ensure a fair workload distribution.
Calls are placed in a queue and allocated to free extensions in a predefined pattern.
Your customers will seldom have to listen to busy tone, music-on-hold or electronic announcements as optimal use is made of the available agents and answer times are drastically reduced.
This feature is particularly useful to companies receiving high volumes of incoming calls as part of their daily activities.
A wallboard can also be provided to display Call Center statistics.
