We at procurement services are responsible for optimising and efficiently managing Telkom's third party spend. We are the link between our internal customers and external suppliers who deliver products, services, and materials. We actively support and drive Black Economic Empowerment programme.

Our procurement systems, processes and the way we work is in the spirit of fairness, competitiveness and transparency. Procurement Services is also responsible for the principles of sourcing and purchasing of Telkom's operational and capital needs, as well as service requirements with requisite safeguards to contain all possible risks and promote the company's interests.

The cataloguing of material and equipment, its warehousing, inventory planning and national distribution also resides within the authority of the Procurement Services division, as does managing the company's outsourced entities and service providers.
